After several years of working one-on-one with clients of varying degrees of practice in NYC, LA and PARIS, I have decided upon this teaching structure for the highest experience. Different packages available:

Signature Flow [6 months] : Develop your practice from zero or set a goal for yourself to deepen your understanding First three months include one 60 minute session per month (first session tends to 75 minutes). The next two months include a bi-weekly 45 minute session and the last month is intensive with a weekly 30 minute co-practice. By the end of this time, you will have the tools to take yourself forward. — BOOK NOW

Peace of Mind [6 months]: Keep yourself supported in a monthly meeting with weekly communication and follow up. Includes one 60 minute session per month plus text/phone check-in as desired. — BOOK NOW

Self-Paced Flow: This is an a la carte supportive practice for both the curious and experienced practitioner who are looking for either a way into meditation or guidance into further study. $225, single session; $125 remote co-practice — BOOK NOW

High-Paced [1 month]: GET IT NOW! This month-long intensive includes a weekly 60 minute session supported by 5 additional days each week of 20 minute remote co-practice to change your brain pattern and get the results that you want. Generally starts with the long session on Sunday and schedule out the week for a same-time daily co-practice. — Please call me to discuss (347)525-2755

Take it Easy [12 months]: A great option for experienced practitioners and creatives who are looking for support. Includes one 60 minute session per month plus weekly text check-in. Add on additional sessions as needed. — BOOK NOW

Contemplative practices include not only meditation but breath work, yoga postures, readings, and intention setting. Melanie has been trained in methods based in Hindu Tantra, Mindfulness, Vichara Contemplation, Metta Meditation, Pranayama, Restorative Yoga and Aromatherapy. She has studied with both Ram Dass and Adyashanti & Mukti directly and has followed the teachings of Lama Tsiltrum Allione, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Thict Nhat Hahn and, to a small degree, all of the wonderful guests from her Shakti Hour Podcast. From 2010 to 2014 she undertook an intensive spiritual leadership training with YogaGlo teacher, David Wagner and has practiced both Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga.
